WCNCS — Before & After School Care
Before School Care
Care is offered for school age children (Grades 1 – 5) attending Hillsdale or Sarah Starkweather Elementary School. Your child is welcome to attend our morning care program until the bus arrives. Be sure to send breakfast along (if needed) if your child arrives before 7:45 a.m.
Our staff will escort your child to the designated bus stop at the appropriate time and wait at that stop until the bus has departed for the elementary school. All children leave at the same time for the bus stops. Please be sure to dress your child for the weather. Rain gear is needed, as well as hats, gloves/mittens and warm coat during the winter months. There is no protection from the elements while waiting for the bus.
After School Program
Care is provided for school age children (Grades 1 – 5) attending Hillsdale or Sarah Starkweather Elementary School. Buses arrive near our school. Our staff will greet the bus and escort your child into the facility.
Upon arrival to WCNCS your child will be served a snack and chilled water. Daily activities include homework supervision, structured free time and group games.
