What is In Step?
In Step is a walking club for women. Its purpose is to help us all get “In Step” with healthier fitness habits while connecting with friends (old and new).
In Step has expanded to include a weight loss program based on the book — Lose It for Life by Stephen Arterburn. Lose It for Life is a uniquely balanced program that not only deals with the physical issues of overeating but also focuses on the emotional, mental, and often-missed spiritual factors related to weight loss to help you achieve permanent results.
Who should participate?
Every lady who is interested in fellowship with other ladies while improving her
overall health and fitness. If weight loss is one of your goals, join us at 8:30 for a 30 minute book discussion. If you just want fellowship and fitness, join us at 9:00 to walk. All levels of fitness are welcome, and we encourage you to bring a friend!
When and where will we meet?
For the winter, In Step will meet every other Saturday at Exton Square Mall. Join us as often as your schedule permits!
What should you bring?
For the book discussion, you will want to by a copy of the book and workbook. (click here for more info) For walking, all you need is a good pair of walking shoes, a water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing. A smile and a good attitude are also suggested!
